If you are able to join your inspector on site he will liaise with you throughout the building inspection, pointing out and advising you on certain aspects and anomalies as they come to light.
Intentions to renovate or make additions to this property (and as time allows) makes this is a very opportune time for you to gather some extra professional advice on the intended works as you and the inspector are both looking at the same project at the same time. Our inspectors are very happy to offer their professional opinions in any area they are licensed in to help a client further, as an added extra free service. This is definitely the time to get it right!
On site, your building inspection report is written and copied onto CD (in Word format) for your convenience. You may make and distribute as many copies as you wish. If you are unable to attend on the day of inspection, your report can be emailed, faxed or posted to you.
IMPORTANT: We remind you to take special note of the amount of time that you have been given in your Contract of Sale to have your Building and Pest Report done by and urge you to organise your building inspection as soon as possible. You will want to have at least a day or so up your sleeve before the time expires. You may need this time for extra considerations toward the findings within your reports and you may need to contact the vendor’s solicitor within that time in case you have to negotiate any unexpected factors.
